Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish)
Pay: $17.00/hour
Location: St. George, UT
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to support patients by scheduling health screenings, answering inquiries, and delivering a positive customer experience. What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to schedule patients for health screenings and appointments
- Assist patients with questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Handle a high volume of patient interactions while maintaining professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Resolve patient concerns and identify appropriate solutions
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
- Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous experience in medical customer service, healthcare scheduling, call center, or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a healthcare environment is a plus
